Where can I purchase TAILG electric bikes?

What battery do TAILG eBikes use?
Our bikes are equipped with ultra-efficient Graphene batteries that maintain their health even after 1000+ charge cycles.
How can I get after-sales support?
Each of our showrooms has a dedicated service area and expert technicians. We also provide on-call servicing across Bangladesh to ensure your bike is always in top condition.
Do I need to register my eBike? Do I need a driving license to ride it?
All electric bikes require registration and a driving license to ride legally in Bangladesh. TAILG bikes are BRTA-approved and BUET-tested, so you will be able to register your bike easily.
When will my bike be delivered?
Your bike will be delivered within 5 business days in Dhaka and within 10 business days outside Dhaka. These are maximum timelines, and we will do our best to deliver sooner.
What is the delivery fee?
We provide free delivery anywhere in Bangladesh for all TAILG eBike purchases.
What is the warranty policy?
At TAILG, we proudly offer up to 24 months of warranty for complete peace of mind. This includes 24 months or 20,000 km service warranty on the electric motor, 18 months or 20,000 km replacement warranty on the battery, and 15 months or 10,000 km service warranty on the controller.
Where can I find TAILG spare parts?
We keep all necessary parts readily available, so if your bike ever needs a replacement, we can provide it quickly. All our showrooms are 3S certified (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) to ensure you always receive the best support.
What is the registration cost? Is it included with the purchase?
The registration fee is not included, as it is paid directly to the government. However, when you purchase from us, our team will assist you with registering your bike. The full cost of registration is about 15,000 BDT for two years.
How is an EMI purchase processed?
Your card will first be charged the full amount. Our team will process the EMI within 2 working days. After that, the full amount will be refunded to your account, and only the monthly installments will be deducted.

ই-বাইক রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে হবে? ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স লাগবে?
হ্যাঁ, বাংলাদেশে বৈধভাবে ইলেকট্রিক বাইক চালানোর জন্য রেজিস্ট্রেশন ও ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স প্রয়োজন। টেইলজি বাইকগুলো বিআরটিএ অনুমোদিত এবং বুয়েট পরীক্ষিত, তাই রেজিস্ট্রেশন করা সহজ।
বাইক ডেলিভারি পেতে কত সময় লাগে?
ঢাকার মধ্যে সর্বোচ্চ ৫ কর্মদিবস এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার বাইক ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হবে। এটি সর্বোচ্চ সময়—আমরা চেষ্টা করব যত দ্রুত সম্ভব ডেলিভারি দিতে।

বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো জায়গায় টেইলজি ই-বাইক কেনার জন্য ডেলিভারি সম্পূর্ণ ফ্রি।
ওয়ারেন্টি পলিসি কী?
টেইলজি আপনার নিশ্চিন্ত ব্যবহারের জন্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৪ মাসের ওয়ারেন্টি দিয়ে থাকে। এর মধ্যে রয়েছে:
- ইলেকট্রিক মোটর: ২৪ মাস বা ২০,০০০ কিমি সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি
- ব্যাটারি: ১৮ মাস বা ২০,০০০ কিমি রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ওয়ারেন্টি
- কন্ট্রোলার: ১৫ মাস বা ১০,০০০ কিমি সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি
টেইলজি স্পেয়ার পার্টস কোথায় পাবো?
আমরা সব ধরনের প্রয়োজনীয় যন্ত্রাংশ সবসময় প্রস্তুত রাখি। যদি কোনো যন্ত্রাংশ পরিবর্তনের প্রয়োজন হয়, তা দ্রুত সরবরাহ করা হবে। আমাদের সব শোরুম ৩এস সার্টিফায়েড (সেলস, সার্ভিস ও স্পেয়ার পার্টস), যাতে আপনি সবসময় সঠিক সাপোর্ট পান।
রেজিস্ট্রেশন খরচ কত? এটি কি ক্রয়মূল্যের মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত?
রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি ক্রয়মূল্যের মধ্যে নেই, কারণ এটি সরাসরি সরকারকে প্রদান করতে হয়। তবে, আমাদের টিম রেজিস্ট্রেশন প্রক্রিয়ায় আপনাকে সহযোগিতা করবে। দুই বছরের জন্য রেজিস্ট্রেশন খরচ প্রায় ১৫,০০০ টাকা।
ইএমআই প্রসেস কীভাবে হয়?
প্রথমে আপনার কার্ড থেকে পুরো অর্থ চার্জ করা হবে। আমাদের টিম ২ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ইএমআই প্রসেস করবে। এরপর পুরো অর্থ আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে এবং কেবল মাসিক কিস্তি কেটে নেওয়া হবে।
